Arrests
David Donovan Ladson, 20, of the 5000 block of Ashton Road, was charged Tuesday with obtaining property under a false pretense and possession of stolen goods and property. Bail was set at $2,000.
Samantha Ross, 26, of the 2300 block of 71st Street in Galveston, Texas, was charged Tuesday with financial card theft and financial card fraud. Bail was set at $5,000.
Break-ins
ROSEHILL ROAD: 4900 block, reported at 10:42 a.m. Monday, nothing reported missing.
HORSESHOE ROAD: 500 block, reported at 10:25 a.m. Monday, water heater and stove taken.
Robbery
KING STREET: Dale Hollingsworth reported Monday that he was assaulted and robbed of his wallet, which contained $4, and cell phone while he was at the corner of King and Person streets.
Sexual assault
A female victim reported on Jan. 25 that she was sexually assaulted in the area near Morganton Road near Bonanza Drive.

Arrests
SANFORD: Antonio Brown, 36, was arrested Monday on the 1100 block of James Street and charged with conspiracy to traffic in drugs. The kind of drugs was not specified in the police report. Bail information was not given.
SANFORD: Catherine Michelle Young, 40, was arrested Monday in Oakwood Mobile Home Park and charged with forgery.
Break-in
SANFORD: 200 block of East Main Street, reported Monday.
